 Okay, it seems the bug got introduced by a fix for
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=973138 which got into ESR 31.
 But the mingw fix for it (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-
 central/rev/fa9b99291387) did not get uplifted. :(
