Comment (by arma):

 This patch, applied to the Tor 0.2.4.x in Tor Browser, could be
 responsible for all the "it only works once and then never again"
 complaints by TBB 3.6.3 users. So we should really look into it -- and
 while looking into it, be sure to consider all the TB Tor patches:
