Comment (by cypherpunks):

 The sanbboxing code appears very X86/X86_64 specific. Configure should
 enable building this file only on these architectures, rather than when
 libseccomp is available. Alternatively it should re researched if it is
 possible to use libseccomp in a more portable manner.
