 When using the HTTPS Everywhere extension, one must disable the rule for
 justin.tv in order to view channels on twitch.tv.  Many people have
 reported this issue here:
 http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/questions/5754324-twitch-website-
 frequently-grey-with-only-the-twitch-logo-in-the-center-

 I think this rule should be disabled by default.
