 Using Firefox 20.0 If I disable the flickr ruleset, I can login otherwise
 I end up at their registration successful page, which is also a problem
 because I was not registering but attempting to login via flickr:

 https://www.flickr.com/register_cookies.gne

 This wasn't a problem a couple of days ago.

 It is also dev16 NOT 15. I fail to understand what all the bug selection
 options are for noting this problem. There needs to be a simpler way to
 log a ruleset issue.
