 Esteemed sir:

 It is unlikely in the utmost that Tor would begin to support UDP traffic
 in the near future.  If indeed the program "bit comet" (which as has been
 mentioned above, we would suggest strongly that you not run on our
 network) requires SOCKS UDP-BIND support, it simply will not work with
 Tor.

 Among the options available to you, we would recommend following the
 advice given in the links above as the very best. If for whatever reason
 said advice should be impratical, you might try to configure your
 application to avoid using UDP entirely. Should that prove impracticable,
 Tor cannot help that application even to a very limited extent.
