 I refuse to fix the Short User Manual. It's out of date. It has been for a
 while. That has nothing to do with updating
 https://bridges.torproject.org, sorry. If you'd like to fix the Short User
 Manual, please make or find a ticket for it, and organise with whichever
 other people are working on that project.
