Comment (by yawning):

 One more thing that's required is Twisted 13.2.0.  A quick check of
 `gitian/versions` shows `TWISTED_VER=13.1.0`.  The fix I have pending for
 #11558 will remove this requirement, but updating Twisted is probably a
 good idea.
