 Is it Tor Browser 3.5.4? or 3.6 beta 2? or ?
 When going to about:addons, is Tor Launcher listed as disabled or
 completely missing?

 How is Tor Browser being launched?
 Do the time stamps of files within Data/Browser/profile.default indicate
 that the profile at that location is being used?
