 Replying to [ticket:11493 proper]:

 Well, you can set the exception in Tor Browser yourself if you need it,
 see #10419 comment 37ff.

 This involves fixing https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=354493
 which is not so easy...
