 God no, it's the user who can configure the values if necessary (but
 doesn't have to).

 The patch does not ship default values or anything! It simply provides an
 override mechanism activated only by actually configuring
 extensions.torbutton.window.inner{Width,Height}.

 E.g., on my large screen, I choose 1000x600.

 And other people affected by this bug would be able to actually do
 something to normalize their fingerprint until this is fixed properly,
 which looks like it might take a while.
