 My first thoughts for what should count are these two:

 - New stable Tor releases, when they happen, even if there are no bundles
 yet.
 - New stable TBB releases.

 There are a lot of other things we might want to announce, like Torbirdy,
 Orbot, Tails, etc etc. How should we handle these?
