 There is not possible to use Tor with Obfsproxy through HTTP proxy (only
 port 80 open and censored, for example websense proxy with dpi and https
 parse/certificate substitution).
 That is why we need http proxy support inside Obfsproxy client, at least
 with plain text authorization.
