Comment:

 This was a problem with the data backend Onionoo.  I had to re-import a
 good amount of data.  That took 10 hours in total, far more than expected.
 After 6 hours, Onionoo doesn't return data anymore, because it's better to
 serve nothing than serving stale data without clients noticing.  By now,
 Onionoo gives out recent data, and Atlas should work as expected.  Sorry
 for the inconvenience.  Thanks for reporting!  Closing.
