 To move it need to know where to move, but patches to Firefox code makes
 it impossible to know about real screen and offset coordinates from point
 of view of website. It's like to move window about size of all avail space
 of screen, any moves leaves part of window out of useable screen.
 What useful scenarios to move window out of screen?
