 The rules for wikia.com throw a mixed content error. Some active mixed
 content are loaded from domains which have no HTTPS support yet.

 In rules for puush.me, URLs puush.me/account* and puush.me/gallery/* also
 cause mixed content error due to 3rd party resources loaded explicitly
 though HTTP.
