 Svenska kyrkan (The Swedish Church) www.svenskakyrkan.se /
 svenskakyrkan.se no longer have any HTTPS server running, so the rule
 should be disabled. This has been the case for at least a few weeks.

 I have communicated with Svenska kyrkan, while trying to troubleshoot why
 I couldn't access the site, and they said they currently had no downtime
 issues. So it seems the HTTPS support has been disabled. Now when I found
 that it was an HTTPSE issue, I have asked them to consider enabling HTTPS
 support again, for the privacy of their members.
