 Extension crashes with latest Chrome beta. It cannot be enabled.
 Reinstalling didn't affect it. This is the latest https-
 everywhere-2013.8.17.crx .

 Which worked in the previous Chrome beta 30.0.1599.37.

 The previous release https-everywhere-2013.8.16.crx also crashes, so
 either there's a bug in the new Chrome or the extension isn't compatible
 with it.
