Comment:

 I am strongly in favor of this; 64-bit crypto performance is so much
 better!  I'm putting this ticket under "Tor bundles/installation", since
 it's about packages rather than the Tor code itself.  If you think that
 the priority patches should get merged in to Tor itself, please open
 another ticket for those?
