 One of the main changes that is causing TorBirdy to crash in Thunderbird
 24 is that `nsIAccountmanager` changed from `nsISupportsArray` to
 `nsIArray` and so TorBirdy will not set the recommended account
 configuration settings at first run. For now, I have demoted the maximum
 supported version from 24.* to 17.* on AMO and we will support 24.0 only
 when we have fixed this and checked everything else.
