 Well, msvcr100 provides this function (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-
 us/library/c9676k6h%28v=vs.100%29.aspx) and gkmedias does indeed need it
 (https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-esr17/search?string=_controlfp_s). But
 that should be fine if we link against msvcr100.dll...
