 I think the way to do this is to put an extra SOCKS listener in front of
 obfsproxy, that eats Tor's SOCKS request and rewrites it into one pointing
 at the local SOCKS shim that points to flashproxy-client. But leaving in a
 hardcoded port number seems fine for now.
