 Pushed improved facilitator branch at branch `bug9349_server_side_draft`
 in `https://git.torproject.org/user/asn/flashproxy.git`.

 Gave it a little testing and it seems to work. More testing is needed for
 sure.

 Also pushed trivial flashproxy modifications in branch
 `bug9349_proxy_side`.
