 With HTTPS Everywhere enabled, DNS lookups of HTTPS websites become slower
 than normal and the site may not load altogether, most notably
 youtube.com. Disabling/enabling the SSL Observatory does not change this
 behavior. HTTP-only sites appear to be unaffected.

 The issue is present in the development version of the addon on Iceweasel
 17.0.8~deb7u1 and 23.0 on a Debian 7 system. HTTPS Everywhere stable
 running on Windows 7 is unaffected.
