 Tor Launcher will make the "Copy Tor Log To Clipboard" button available if
 it detects warnings or errors via the tor log.  But it will still hang
 with the "Connecting..." progress bar showing because Tor Launcher does
 not treat a WARN or ERR from the log as a bootstrap failure.  And I don't
 think it can because other WARNs are about temporary or unimportant
 conditions.

 I will close this bug and open a new one against tor.
