 Here is what am I going to do about this..

 - Create two versions of this video, one for TBB 2.x and another for TBB
 3.x.

 TBB 2.x video will contain:

 - How to download TBB via website, website mirrors, getTor.
 - How to verify, install on the main systems: Windows, Linux, Mac OS X.
 - Make sure TBB successfully connects to the Tor network, if not, users
 should get bridges via http or email, add them to TBB.
 - If all the previous fails, users should download PTTBB and add obfs3
 bridges.

 Through out the video I will encourage the users to contact the help desk
 if he/she doesn't understand what's being said and need one-on-one help.

 The TBB 3.x video will get the same content as the TBB 2.x one but with
 Vidalia out of the picture. The only problem here is that I don't know if
 we will get PTTBB Tor Launcher version any time soon.

 If anyone has something to add, remove or edit please let me know here or
