Mozilla is moving their official git repository off of github and on to
their own servers. It also seems that github is not getting esr24 commits
 or branches, either.

 Here's the gitweb:
 http://git.mozilla.org/?p=integration/gecko-dev.git;a=heads

 And the remote:
 https://git.mozilla.org/integration/gecko-dev.git

For reference (and commit comparison) here's the old github repo:
 https://github.com/mozilla/mozilla-central

It appears that the two repos are not compatible (the hashes differ), so
we will have to manually format-patch or rebase --onto.

This also means that all of our branches will end up broken, and we'll
probably want to purge the current repos from git.torproject.org.
