 Attached is the current draft of the improved user manual. The new manual
 is a bit shorter and does not contain information about how to verify the
 digital signature of the Tor Browser Bundle (now #9883) or how to use a
 SOCKS proxy (now #9884). Thoughts, comments, questions?
