 Error message: "set_options(): Bug: Acting on config options left us in a
 broken state. Dying."

 Using tor browser bundle on 32-bit Linux Mint 13 Maya.
 Tor v0.2.3.25 (git-17c24b3118224d65) running on Linux.

 I was trying to relay traffic internally (non-exit node). Contact Info was
 blank. Tor browser was still open at the time.
