Comment:

 I've been seeing the same error for quite a while.

 This is a workaround: When you build it with the patch, you won't see the
 message anymore, as a user (where INFO notifications are blocked).

 This is not really a fix: Could the original developer, probably "Peter
 Eckersley" (according to {{{git blame}}}), please explain why this was
 originally set to "WARN"? I don't see the reason why the user has to be
 informed of that.
