 I imagine I can turn off the /-\ animation for you easily enough;
 investigating ..

 Please do attach the patch. Also, I emailed you & Mike 3 patches I had to
 apply to get the toolchain4-based tbb-mac to build. If you can consider
 them I'd appreciate it.
