 Ah, I had locally disabled clang from my config, and it the "find | xargs
 touch" command doesn't correctly handle spaces in paths (which one of the
 clang test-suite files contains).

 I pushed a fix for this now using:

 find .. -exec touch --date= .. "{}" \;

 .. instead.
