 Alright, fixed the bug. Commit [https://github.com/f3ndot/torproject-
 atlas/commit/06d340d8331b0cb130ead5459948a7360efb009e
 06d340d8331b0cb130ead5459948a7360efb009e] moves the library loading before
 the helper declaration.
