 Could you please test the other way (upload)?

 I can not easily setup the websocket client and server on localhost, I
 could investigate further but right now I am pretty much convinced that
 websocket-server is the bottleneck for the upload way, as I wrote when I
 am replacing tor1 by my node the problem disappears.
