 keb, have you tested to confirm that HTTPS Everywhere + RequestPolicy is
 the specific fatal combination?

 mikeperry, what changes landed in 2.3.25-8?  (for the record I can't find
 a changelog or even git tags for TBB versions at
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-bundle.git/shortlog)
