 Well, that's what the subject says, but the description also mentions
 gettor at gettor.torproject.org not working.

 To be fair, I encouraged peter to reopen the ticket.  And I think that was
 the right thing to do.  It shouldn't have been closed in the first place,
 because peter mentioned that he did try gettor at gettor.torproject.org, and
 it didn't work.  It's just that the subject was slightly misleading.  Re-
 opening and changing the subject.  It's still the same issue.

 The fact that gettor at torproject.org is mentioned in two places in the
 documentation is another bug, or maybe two.  Opening a new ticket for
 that.
