Comment:

 I don't know for sure whether Compass supports searching for unknown AS.
 My guess is it doesn't.  (Onionoo doesn't support this search either.
 Though that doesn't mean Compass couldn't support it if it wanted to.)
 The same applies to searching for unknown country code, by the way.

 Note that you can also sort results by AS by clicking on the table header.
 Then you get the 13 currently running relays with "AS?? ??".

 Is searching for unknown AS or country code a typical use case?  An
 unknown AS or country code mostly means that our database sucks.  Other
 than that there's not much to learn from that.

 Leaving it to gsathya what to do with this ticket.
