 We addressed all of the known issues and updated the Torbutton patch.

 Mike, please review.
 The changes are also in the bug7494 branches within
 user/brade/torbutton.git and user/brade/torbrowser.git

 To see the four variations of the about:tor page, use about:config to
 toggle extensions.torbutton.updateNeeded and to modify
 network.proxy.socks_port.
