Comment:

 It looks like we've done most of these in TBB.

 Any remaining config changes need to have a justification as to why a
 change in each one satisfies a design requirement from
 https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#DesignRequirements.

 If multiple variables satisfy the same requirement, you can group them in
 the same ticket.
