 This is just a minor correction in the text from gettor-spec.

 In section "1. Overview", the second sentence is:

   `In many countries and networks Tor's main website is blocked and would
 be Tor users are unable to download even the source code to the Tor
 program.`

 It probably should be:

   `In many countries and networks, Tor's main website is blocked and Tor
 users are unable to download even the source code to the Tor program.`
