Comment:

 Mike, this is reproducible (see above). Can you start a tor instance with
 two bridges and info-level logging, leave it idle for a couple of days,
 and see if you don't get the same messages?  If so, it would be cool if
 either you can figure out what's causing them, OR figure out what log
 messages to add to help figure out what's causing them.
