 I just deployed an updated Atlas version that uses [http://d3js.org/
 D3.js] for making graphs instead of flot.  The main reason for the switch
 is to gain experience with D3.js and see if it's flexible enough for use
 on the metrics website.

 I'd appreciate some feedback.  How do the new Atlas graphs look/feel?

 (Known issues are that legend and lines may overlap, and that tool tips
 take a second to show up.  Known fixes are that the "Save Graph" links
 finally save the whole graph.)
