 I presume this is intended as an improvement over the
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-
 everywhere.git/blob/3.0:/src/chrome/content/rules/ImageShack.us.xml
 ruleset in the 3.0 branch].  Are these bugfixes or just improvements in
 coverage?

 Should just merge all the changes from the [https://gitweb.torproject.org
 /https-
 everywhere.git/blob/HEAD:/src/chrome/content/rules/ImageShack.us.xml
 version in git master] instead?
