Comment:
If we're going to ship this with Tor, it should probably have a comment at
the top explaining what it is and how to use it.
I'm not very knowledgeable about how Unixes launch things nowadays -- is
this Fedora-specific, or will this file work with lots of other systems?
(If the latter, has anybody else written a systemd file that we could also
look at to see if it has any ideas that this one might be missing?)
