 I just fixed (1) in my branch by taking maps (and api-maps) out of the
 exclusions in the Yandex rule but didn't fix the others at this time
 because:

 (2) happens regardless of https-everywhere
 (3) I couldn't play the files linked even when https-everywhere was
 disabled in Firefox
 (4) This is hard to test without making a Yandex account. Before I do
 that, could you try uploading files with https-everywhere disabled and
 check if that works?
