 After entering my Contact Info in Vidalia when setting up a new non-exit
 relay, Tor abruptly stopped.  Vidalia's Message Log gave me the following:
 [Sun Jun 23 16:41:45 2013] Tor Software Error - The Tor software
 encountered an internal bug. Please report the following error message to
 the Tor developers at bugs.torproject.org: "set_options(): Bug: Acting on
 config options left us in a broken state. Dying.
 "

 There did not appear to be any issue after restarting Tor, I did try to
 reproduce the error but was unable. I had not enabled logging at the time.
