 us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=3387

 Notice that while that page is https, the final exe download is performed
 over http (as is the case for all of the Microsoft development tool
 binaries). Go go microsoft security!

 Unless we can find a canonical version of that file, it seems we might be
 at an impasse?
