 FWIW, I can replicate this bug on my own server, which is using a non-
 self-signed certificate: https://skew.org/tmp/privatetest (u: test, p:
 testing)

 I am using the 2013.6.4 version of HTTPS Everywhere in Chrome
 27.0.1453.116 m on Win7 (64-bit).
