 gpg signing support was added in: ca5398470108b8f9444b5c0f823411eb735dcfd0
 5463 - Adds GPG clearsign to email distributor.

 What remains to be done is to create and distribute keys, and review any
 messages and translations that BridgeDB uses to inform users.
