 One user reported that when doing {{{sudo -u debian-tor arm}}} as
 suggested in the documentation, the command failed because their TERM
 variable contained {{{rxvt-unicode-256color}}}. The terminfo
 database might need an update.

 They've work around the issue but manually specifying {{{TERM=xterm}}}.
